Everyone wants
to be wealthy and while it may be as simple as it sounds, it is not as simple as
it seems. There are several paths to wealth but only a few people take the
trusted and disciplined routes.
Like I posted
some weeks ago, we are in a fast pace century or generation were everyone wants
it NOW! It is either NOW or FAST. So much speed without a clear direction this
has been the tale of many.
We are in time
were people prefer to PLAY than to PAY.
A generation that prefers to DANCE than to
PRAY
A generation
engulfed to their t.v sets or smarts phones 24/7 instead of self development
It’s one
that clearly craves for fast wealth.
No price to pay,
no steps to climb, no feathers to fly on just ROCKETS to jet to PLANET WEALTH.
As
long as the earth remains, there will be planting and harvest, cold
and heat; winter and summer, day and night. Genesis 8:22. So if you decide to sow
no SEEDS then you would get no DEEDS.
Deride not what
I say because of its simplicity. TRUTH is always simple yet difficult to
practice. Why? Could it be human nature, character traits or genetics in play? While
such question will also remain arguable, we must ensure that we walk in a path
of TRUTH.
To build a
temple of wealth requires a whole lot of DISCIPLINE.
Now, this takes
me to the next question, what do you truly desire? It is the possession of
jewels, new clothes, new gadgets, more food; things quickly gotten and forgotten.
Or a substantive possession like gold, lands, suitable income streams, properties
etc
Let me dish out
this strange truth and stop here for now to allow you reflect and take inspired
action.
Do you know that
the money taken out of your account brings the former- things quickly gotten
and forgotten and the money left in your account and invested brings the latter
- substantive possession?
And oh, I am so
certain that a lot of persons prefer the substantive possessions, so what does
that say be disciplined enough to save, be wise enough to invest.
I have played my
bit in the savings industry, took me ……. Not so far. Because your earnings are epileptic there is no drive or exponential growth, its just 1,2,3……
